thay are calling me to say i owe a cash advance bill yhay have my ss num phon number and address this is a fraud

I did NOT get a phone call from them, but , they somehow got to Qwest and put a $14.99 monthly charge on my bill there!! Watch your bills!! They gave this phone number as a contact under US Music Find

i confirmed from maxis that its their telemarketeer

I received a call from this number this AM saying that he was a Special Agent and he has a warrant out for my arrest and i needed to contact their office within 24hours to take care of this matter. This people need to be arrested themselves and i feel like I'm being harrassed is there anything i can do?

Called us today. Call was a brief, lady on phone was polite and friendly.

Stated I was being taken to court, and i shgould settle out of court. Ask they to send me details of what I own and to whom & the settlement amount. The letter came. Showing I owed $1236 but would settle for $430.The letter stated I owned to BMG. I am still waiting to an answer. I she sent all to the Fair Trade Commission

Calling repeatedly. Won't stop. Never any message left.
